Advanced Sinus Lifting & Grafting (Hands-on)

2-Day Hands-on Program with Live-Patient Observation

In this Level 2 advanced course, you will expand your clinical knowledge and experience by learning sinus lift techniques, and how to manage complications in complex implant cases.

Requirements: We recommend this program for participants who have practical implant and oral surgery experience and/or participants who completed Level 1 course, Digital Guided Surgery from Diagnosis to Delivery.

July 19-20, 2024

Sherwood, Oregon

$3,500

Overview

Bone resorption of the posterior maxilla after an upper molar or premolar is lost leads to maxillary sinus pneumatization and reduction in the volume of bone available for placement of dental implants. Various sinus lift techniques exist to graft extra bone into the maxillary sinus, so that more bone is available to support osseointegration for implant placement.

This clinical course will cover assessment, treatment planning and surgical approaches to vertical sinus augmentation for single implant placement. The course will be delivered through lectures, hands-on training sessions on models and pig head cadavers over the course of two full days.

At the program’s conclusion, you will have the chance to observe a live sinus lift procedure by your instructor, who will be explaining all his surgical tips, tricks and techniques in real time.
