Thank you for choosing 3Sixty Academy, where you can learn from the best experts in the dental industry and grow your practice. We are excited to have you join us and we hope you enjoy our programs.

Before you register, please read our cancellation policy carefully, as it explains the terms and conditions that apply to your registration. By registering for a program, you agree to abide by this policy.

Registration Confirmation

• Registration to any 3Sixty Academy program will not be confirmed until an application is complete and billing information is fully provided.

Cancellation Requests

• We understand that sometimes there is a need to cancel your registration for a program. If you cannot attend, or no longer require a seat, please provide notice of cancellation at least 30 days prior to the program start date.
• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. To cancel a confirmed registration, please email [email protected] quoting the title and date of the program.

Refund Policy

• If we receive your request within 30 days or more before the program, you are entitled to a full refund (minus a 10% credit card chargeback fee), or credit in your 3Sixty Academy account to utilize while registering for future programs.
• Registration fees for any 3Sixty Academy program are non-transferable to other individuals.
• Refunds will be processed within 45 days then it will take 3-5 business days to reflect on the original payment method.
• Any no-show or cancellation not made within the aforementioned cancellation time limit will not be entitled to any refunds.

Special Note for Landing Pages “Hands-on” Only

• A full refund will be issued up to 31 days prior to the course start date (minus a 10% credit card chargeback fee).
• No refund will be issued as of 30 days prior to the course start date.
